Launch signup privacy

What we save

When you sign up, we save your email address, the time you consent, the consent wording and its version, and the signup source. This information is for BükSmrt launch and early-access updates only. Signing up does not create a booking account. Repeated signups do not create duplicate entries or replace your original consent record.

Private, separate storage

The waitlist is stored in a private Upstash Redis database in the United States, accessed by this landing page's server on Vercel. It is separate from the booking application's database. Only authorized administrators have access to the signup list; it is not available through a public endpoint. Your address is not sold or shared for advertising.

Spam prevention

The server uses a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limits that expire within one hour. It does not store your raw IP address in the waitlist. Hosting and database infrastructure may process IP addresses and standard request metadata in operational and security logs. Application logs do not include email addresses.

Your choices and retention

Signup records have no automatic expiry and are retained until removed by an administrator. To withdraw consent or request removal, email dave@silverfoxbarber.co from the address you signed up with. An authorized administrator can remove your active waitlist record using a private removal tool. Provider logs or backups, if any, follow the providers' retention practices.

No promotional campaign is running from this page. Any future launch or early-access email must include an unsubscribe option. No email delivery service is connected to this page.

No advertising tracking

This page uses no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts are served locally rather than fetched from a third-party font service. Signup protection uses a short-lived form token, not a tracking cookie. If signup is unavailable, the page shows an error rather than pretending your address was saved.
